Psalm 37:4,5 & 6
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.
The word picture for judgement is: "to speak, to surround, chaos to destroy".
We can all think of incidents where the judgement of a court has created chaos rather than destroyed it.
I can also think of one or two judgements I have made that have created chaos rather than destroyed it. How about you?
Yet, it is clear that the Master Potters intent is to lift us up into a life of purpose wherein our judgements will become the means of destroying chaos.
So, look for the opportunity today to speak into someone's life, give them a hug (to surround) or just be there for them, who knows, by these simple acts you may just destroy some of the chaos in their lives.
